Ms. Emily Qian is Legal Counsel at DPS and member of the Board. She has been practicing law since 1993. She is now a partner of Beijing H&J Law Firm, which mainly offers legal advise to clients on investments, commercial transactions, general corporate matters etc. For the past ten years she has been working as a China counsel and corporate secretary for Hughes Network Systems that was established in China in 1992. Emily Qian holds a BA degree in English Literature from the Institute of International Relations and a Masters in International Private Law from the China University of Political Science and Law.
