On October 18^th, the vertical assembly and test for the indoor drum-shape filter, which was designed and constructed by Shenyang Electric Power Machinery General Factory for the AP1000 first stage of Shandong Haiyang nuclear power plant, were successfully completed.

The drum-shape filter is the core equipment of CFI. It is used to remove dirt particles in the seawater to ensure the safety of CFI.
