On March 22, after the talks between the Russian Ambassador Gennady P Trotsenko and the Bangladesh Minister of Science and Technology Yafes Osman, they announced that, the Russian nuclear experts delegation will visit Bangladesh this month, and both parties will discuss matters related to the construction of nuclear power plants.
Bangladesh Minister of Science and Technology Yafes Osman said that China, Korea, Russia and India have expressed great interest in Bangladesh Rooppur NPP, and Bangladesh will generally take into account the quotations and adopt the best option.
