KAZATOMPROM and CGNPC signed a MOU in Alma-Ata about setting up a joint-venture and building NPP in China. The shareholders of the joint venture are composed of KAZATOMPROM and China Institute of Atomic Energy Resources, which is a subsidiary of CGNPC.
