On November 29th, China, Japan and Korea reached an agreement on nuclear power plant security intelligence exchange, and signed a China-Japan-Korea atomic energy safety cooperation proposal.

The proposal involves ten areas, such as informing the other two countries if nuclear power accident occurs.  Also the proposal suggests that Japan should share its nuclear power plant tolerance test information with the other two countries.
