On September 21st, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Holding Corporation (CGNPC) and Chairman of Uzbekistan Geology and Mineral Committee signed a cooperation memorandum in uranium resource field and witnessing the signing was Chairman of National People's Congress, Mr. Wu Bangguo, and Chairman of Uzbekistan Parliament, Mr. Sabirov. Chairman of CGNPC Uranium Development Co. Ltd, Mr. Zhou Zhenxing, and Chairman of Uzbekistan Geology and Mineral Committee, Mr. Thuram, represented the respective sides to sign the memorandum.
